February Finds
February absolutely flew by, I cannot believe we are in March! I wanted to share some of my finds that I am adoring!
One thing that I did at home with B was grab these hearts from the Dollar Tree. You can make your own and I actually didn’t grab enough, so I had to cut some into two hearts. I wrote things that I love about her and taped one on the wall every morning so she could read them. She really loved them and looked forward to them every day. You could do this for any month with any shape.
This month we went to the Savannah Book Festival. They have it every year in February and we had so much fun getting my books signed. I didn’t get to sit in on any author talks, but I am hoping that next year I will be able to. It was a beautiful day in Savannah, and I hope that if you get the chance, you go to the book festival.
I just finished Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid and I loved it. I listened to the audio and it was amazing. I also finished The Bell Witches by Lindsey Kelk and I am in the middle of The Witch and the Wolf which is book two in that series. It is YA, but I am really enjoying it. I love that it is set in Savannah, Ga too and it highlights several places in our beautiful city.
This month, I found a lot of bookish items that I am loving. In my 40’s, I have decided to just buy things that I love and if they don’t match or they aren’t esthetically pleasing, its ok because they make me happy. I wish that I had that mindset in my 20’s, but alas we are here and now I am just doing what makes me happy. You can find all of my favorite bookish finds here. They have so much stuff. If you have a book club, you can grab cute napkins and little gifts for your friends.
I found this pillow from Home Goods and I love it so much. I found some that look similar at Michaels and they have a whole book collection right now!
My current obsessions: This OUAI shampoo is my favorite. It cleans my hair so well, and it smells amazing. Clearly it is well used. I don’t wash my hair every day so the price doesn’t bother me, also because it works so well, I don’t have to use as much. It is my GO TO. You won’t be disappointed.
My bestie Theresa started her new business, Saved by the Fridge, and she sent me these cute fridge magnets that you can custom with your favorite pictures. She also has ones that you can buy without pictures. The new bookish ones that she just shared are adorable!

I had to wait to pick up a prescription at Publix, so I grabbed this granola and it was too good not to share. There are different kinds, but this one is the best!
These shoes have been the absolute best this school year. I have worn them almost every day since I fractured my foot and they are really so comfortable and come in wide sizes if you need that. I bought a pair in August and I am about to buy another pair because I literally wear them every day, they are so comfortable!
SHOP MY
I have been working really hard organizing all of my books, favorite finds, bookish goodies, and things Bellamy and I love on my SHOP MY account. Everything on there is something I actually use, have purchased, or love and are saving up for. (looking at you, you beautiful art piece, you.) Feel free to browse my shop, ask me questions if you need a link, or if you’re in a place where you want to set up your own shop, you can use my referral link here to join! It has been such an amazing organizational tool for me to have one space for book recs, home decor, and even toys for B that you all ask for. Every link click helps and just know when you purchase from any link I share, it truly helps.
As always, thank you for being here. It truly is an honor to have you as one of my Darling Friends. I’ll be back at in a few weeks with a new #datewithabook and the March Darling Dish!
Until then Darlings,
Erin
